At the heart of the Trois Vallées ski area, within the legendary Courchevel 1850 resort, the Barrière group is preparing to open its very first hotel in the mountains, Hôtel Barrière Les Neiges. This intimate 5-star chalet set at the foot of the slopes will make a perfect new addition to the Barrière group's offering, as of December 2016. Thanks to their sophisticated styling and luxurious decoration, with breathtaking views across the surrounding landscapes, the hotel's rooms are charming on every level. The welcoming and warm interior design by Nathalie Ryan blends wood and stone with various sensual fabrics.
Even on entering, the concept is clear with carpeting inspired by ski tracks left in the snow, light wood panelling evoking the sunny slopes, light fittings like gleaming ice crystals and doors turned from tree bark, for example. The stunning surrounding mountains have provided plenty of inspiration for the interiors.
Bedrooms are swathed in sumptuous cashmere, felted fabrics, velvet and fur. The larch wood walls and ceilings are reminiscent of traditional chalets, given a contemporary twist. Out on the balconies, there are comfortable armchairs furnished with soft wool blankets and fur throws, allowing guests to truly relax and make the most of the glorious mountain sunshine. Les Neiges offers a fabulous opportunity to experience these soft and cosy cocoons in the mountains for yourself.
Nestled on the Bellecôte slope in Courchevel 1850, Les Neiges has all the sophisticated elegance associated with high-class comfort.
