Snowbombing HQ are under snow-illusion that this year’s bulging, bumper line up could benefit from something a little special.
After convincing the polar bears to vacate their magical alpine retreat for an extra night, the Snowbombing gods are pleased to announce that this year there will be not one but TWO FOREST PARTIES!! The iconic venue will play host to not only Kasabian and a very special guest but also an extra night with Example, Disclosure and MistaJam. What could be more brrrrrrrrrrilliant?

Drum roll please … this year’s fancy dress themes are about to be announced. Calling all ringmasters, strong men and bearded ladies, lions, tigers and bears. The infamous Racket Club will be transformed into a classic circus for you to clown around in - what could be trapeasier!
This year’s Street Party will be mixing it up in true Snowbombing style as the streets of Mayrhofen are brought to life through the spirit of Mardi Gras. So shake those tail feathers, don some beads, make a garish mask and wear more disjointed colours than you could shake a stick at.
If all that’s not enough then you should probably head up to the mountain where Norman Jay will be banging out Carnival classics from the top of a double-decker bus in true reggae reggae style.
Up the mountain and on to the Back Country Parties. On the Monday, Skream will be setting up Snow White’s Disco Whore House with his good pals Ben Westbeech, Artwork and Route 94: Think Walt Disney meeting Ann Summers at Studio 54.
You’ll need your glow-sticks, whistles, hoodies, and dungarees at the ready on Wednesday when we celebrate 25 years of Acid House with Dave Beer, Jon Carter and Marc Roberts. Beep, Beep!
The Eagle has landed (again)! After recently winning ‘Splash’, Snowboming is thrilled to welcome Eddie the Eagle back to where he belongs. Eddie will be giving skiing tips on the slopes, and (in light of his recent trophy) recreating a colder version of ‘Splash’ at the boardpark with ‘Fly Like an Eagle’. Brrrrrrrrr!
Love is in the air! Well it could be if Snowbombing veteran Pat Sharp has his way. The Fun House superstar will be on hand to host his very own colour coordinated singles party where he’ll make love to your ears with his sweet selection of tunes to make you want to drop your knickers andyou’re your socks, culminating in a classic, climactic last song of the hour for all you love birds. If that doesn’t float your boat then you could always try Speed Skiing: it’s a bit like speed dating but with chair lifts instead of, well, chairs.
As if all that isn’t enough to get you into gear, the one and only ‘lord of the leotard’ Mr. Motivator is back to help you warm down after an energetic day on the slopes. He’ll be on hand all to tone you into chiselled perfection whilst dispatching lifestyle tips.
Snowbombing is also very excited to announce MTV as the official broadcasting partner. MTV will be on site throughout the week filming all the crazy shenanigans. From 11th May, you’ll be able to watch it all on MTV MUSIC and MTV LIVE HD and you can even relive the magic upon your return home. If you squint your eyes, you can pretend that you never left.
